South Walton Business Owner was beaten. Sheriff try to brush it under the rug.

Is that like the butterfly effect?
That is quite funny due to the spelling error...

No, its just pointing out the the "Drunk Principal" who flipped his truck off the 331 bridge would never have been charged had it not been for public out cry. WCSO, FHP and the School Board were protecting him.

Different strokes for different folks here in Walton County. It's not what you know, but WHO you know.

One of the witnesses was a Juvenile the other one was an adult. The cops never did document the statements of the witnesses and they told kindle what to write. They would not let her write her statement in her own words.

The employee took the phone to stop Kindel from calling 911. The employee was recorded yelling threats on the 911 call.

The employee was seen fleeing with the stolen items.

The employee was an ex cop. She knows that even if she lies and says that kindle started the fight she isn't allowed to beat the hell out of someone. That is excessive.

That sounds real bad.
They can't tell you what to put in a sworn statement.
Failure to contact witnesses is poor police work and in this case, negligence (or on purpose), no other explaination.
Has anyone checked to see if the original, responding officer has been disciplined?

Normally, I would think that “this can’t be right, “this is misunderstood”, “they aren’t reporting this correctly”...you see, I still believe that if you need an officer, they will show up to enforce the law, not to interpret it or bastardize it. Every sentence on this thread is the truth and accurate. Shame on you to anyone that impeded the arrest of this couple. And I mean SHAME

The Shame may fall squarely on the shoulders of the chosen one himself. He's asked others that have brought his administration into "bad light" to step aside and resign...

Funny that when kudos are in order the WCSO rep is on media to cackle about the good they do ( and they do plenty).....why is there complete silence from WCSO when there is clearly local outrage, and VERY questionable circumstances. Nobody should be above the law when battery, or worse, is evident.
