Thats Dana Beach.... I believe before One Seagove went in place. Use to be a Haunted House at the bottom of the road where OSP is today. We would bring girls there to scare them:D

Bobby, have you heard of "Sunny Side Beach"? Do you remember where its located? The card says west of Sunny Side Beach. :clap_1: ....right?

In the 1940's/early 1950's, before Back Beach Road / Emerald Coast Pkwy, Sunnyside used to be a major landmark.

My parents used to tell me that, when they first moved back to Point Washington in 1948, the closest TELEPHONE was in Sunnyside.

Back of card says, Seagrove Beach, "Where nature did its best," building a natural formation fifty fee above the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The most "exclusive residential Seashore resort" with mountain view effects. Beautiful trees, where the whippoorwill calls, the birds sing and the squirrels play. Assuring comfor, health and contentment. Located on State Road 395, three miles off U.S. 98 between Ft. Walton and PC, Fl. C. H. MeGee, owner and deveoper, Point Washington, Fla. :rolling:

I rmember dad building quite a few houses in Seagrove, as well as other areas, and I remember Cube McGee.
