Skip--there should be a button that says "Advanced" in the resize box. Click on that, and you can customize the size to 200 x 200. Hope that helps; I just figured that one out myself! :clap_1:

I'd be happy to help you with this stuff, too. But (assuming you have Windows - I don't do Mac) you can do it yourself - open the file with Paint (always provided on Windows platforms), and do a "Save As" and pick jpeg from the drop-down list.

I've never had a computer without Paint. Try clicking the Start button, then click on All Programs, then Accessories, then Paint should be on the list. If you can't find it, that sucks, but BTW Paint sucks, too.

If that doesn't work, let me know.
