I'm curious as to the type of contingency will make you not sell, if the offer is good. :idontno:
 
I have been offered 3.3m with a contingency for the guy to sell his house. His home is gulf front at 5m. Days on market for those homes are real bad. My realtor and two other realtors have advised me not to remove my house from the market as it aggressively priced and been on market for short period of time. Had several showings and a low ball offer already.
