Have I ever mentioned that I hate the cold?

Hey, are all ya'll (please see thread on proper use of ya'll and all ya'll) in Big D going to be warmer than us'n in SoWal? Glad Dallas is winning today. Watch the Sunday night game for my big bro. It was cold today, but it was another killer sunset. Quiet water over the coastal dune lake reflecting the gulf, clouds and sun.

On second thought this super cold is way better than freezing rain, slush, etc. As long as you stay bundled up it's not bad, and there are a lot less people out and about.

I think I might have mentioned once or twice that I REALLY hate cold AND WIND!!!

You would have hated it here yesterday. The WIND chill was something like 50 below. I went to the museum and had a lovely day!!!

I watched my first Cowboy game of the season today. They looked good, but I do not understand why they have to play Philly again next week.
DL, I just caught a glimpse of the forecast for us for this week....

Try sweaty yoga! 105 degrees. I love it and did finally pick my bones up off the sofa and drive over.......never got above freezing here. In the South, we don't mind cold so much for a day or two and with snow so we don't have to go to work/school, but this is ridiculous! We aren't expected to warm up all week......no snow either . I feel scammed.

Nope, no sweatin' yoga for this girl. That just can't be good for a person.

What you DO get more of there than we do here is ICE. That is so much more dangerous than snow. At least we can get traction when driving in the snow.

I am getting ready to go out and clean the driveways. It is in the teens here and still snowing and blowing. This is supposed to keep up until the morning. It will remain in the teens for most of the week. Thing beach, sun and sand even if the sand gets in your shorts!!

I rode my motorcycle home from Sowal, yesterday. The temp never got above 40 and was down around 28 when I got home. Woke up this morning, and it was 18 degrees, and yes, I rode the Wing in to work.

God Bless Gerbing heated clothing. That's all I can say! I was snug as a bug in a rug!
