what are the hours of operation and is it always open to the general public?

Open for dinner to the public
Tues.-Sat. 5:30 ~ 9:30

Treat yourself to a wonderful meal by Chef Ed Reese served in an extraordinary setting.
The menu is not yet on the website, but it will be soon.
Chef Ed is creating new items weekly determined by the fresh seafood and produce at hand...which will become more abundant as the spring and summer months approach!!

Dessert menu, I am having fun with this!

Mile High Key Lime Pie

Chocolate Truffel Cake (walnuts, caramel, chocolate ganache and vanilla bean ice cream)

Panna Cotta (caramel sauce and hazelnut praline)

Brioche and Berry Bread Pudding (fresh berries and berry sauce)

Polenta and Rosemary Strawberry Shortcake (honey~orange cream sauce and mascerated strawberries)

Chocolate Molten Cake (raspberry puree and fresh raspberries)

Had dinner there this week... hadn't been there before and and it's our absolute-new-go-to fine dining but wonderfully not snooty fussy place! Beautiful in every single way!!! Truly...

Exquisite is every way (can I/will I say it again? YES!)... especial highlights were Eric's lemon-drop martini, Chef Ed's mediteranean black grouper (DEE-vine-complex-beautiful-marriage of diverse flavors), and Ali's praline panna cotte (b-yond-b-yond) were all to swoon over!!!! I'm STILL swooning 4 days later!!

To any of you who know me (or don't) ... it's self evident how much I enjoy my food & drink... but I don't publicly SWOON unless it's a slam-dunk!!

So Please... Treat Yourselves! GO! IMMERSE! ENJOY Caliza @ Alys Beach and the culinary talents of Beloved Chef Ed and Welcome our Alifunn back home!!

Trust me, you do not want to miss Chef Ed's culinary expertise...you can end the meal with a few desserts...I will join you ;-) We will have a girls night...I know just who to invite!
