40 degrees is pretty nice - balmy. But NYC has had it pretty rough lately!

I have a theory that your salary goes up in proportion to the amount of time you have to wear pantyhose. Like it's kind of a compensation for having to wear the nastiest things fashion ever gave to us.

Which probably explains why I've always been miserably paid. I refuse to wear hose! Bare legs RULE!

I know, you are right! It's like the men in their suits, ties, undershirts, etc. I can remember when we lived in the Clearwater area for 10 yrs. and worked at a white-coller job, with humidity in the 90's. We wore suits, hose, etc. I tho't I was going to have a heat stroke each day walking to and from my car, my make-up melting off. We wore water-proof mascara!!!! And the men all wore the full suits. I always felt so sorry for them.

I am so with you Mermaid...Never again will this body be in a pair of panty hose. I told why in another thread here a while back.....
