That's not the issue at hand. Several people, you included were likening deaths due to drug overdose to a person going out and shooting someone.

Yep, you or I could make a better case for unrestricted gun ownership than the lightweights grasping at straws. Once they realize they have nothing to contribute they get angry, change the subject, deflect, yadda, yadda, yadda. False equivalencies, innapropriate analogies, distorted realities, conservatism. We try to reason this out, and all we get from the other side are platitudes.
