Then why are you selectively calling people out?

I think I call it when I see it. That includes members of my own friends and family. The problem is that you are supporting a man who almost burned down our Democracy and hate a man trying to protect our democracy. Civility will not happen if We can't agree on reality.

You okay? Just take take step back and remember, this is only a forum in the redneck riviera. What we think or feel has little to no bearing on the rest of the world. In the big picture, we are but a speck of no consequence so don't take things so much to heart. Have a great night!

This is the whiney little b**ch routine you both pull.

If we don't find some composer on both sides then we all lose. We ain't going to find it being all emotional about words that fall out of people's mouths without consequences. Donald Trump was a mistake. He hurt all of us. If anyone does not get that then something is wrong. If anyone is not willing to admit this something is wrong. If anyone does not give people a chance to admit this then something is wrong.

Biden COVID team releases 'previously hidden' Florida report

The new White House COVID-19 team released its first “previously hidden” state profiles Wednesday, showing Florida’s coronavirus infection rate fell 19% last week but deaths continued to climb.

The state profiles were previously shared by the Trump administration’s coronavirus task force only with state officials, and most states, including Florida, never released them to the public. The Orlando Sentinel had to file a lawsuit against Gov. Ron DeSantis in December to force the disclosure of the information.

“We are now sharing previously hidden weekly COVID-19 state profile reports with the public,” Dr. Cyrus Shahpar, the new White House COVID-19 data director said in a tweet Wednesday afternoon, which linked to the reports.

The move, the reports’ authors said, is part of an effort to “develop a shared understanding of the current status of the pandemic” across national, state and local levels.

The same things that have protected you from the original strain should help protect you from the variant, although you may need to be more rigorous. Wear a two- or three-layer mask. Don’t spend time indoors with people not from your household. Avoid crowds, and keep your distance. Wash your hands often, and avoid touching your face.

Was reading about a proposal for shielding businesses from Covid 19 related lawsuits. Based on the article it appears as long as a company is following best practices the proposal might limit their exposure. Let's use Publix as an example, they have signs in the doorway, workers are masked up and they are cleaning carts and baskets, yet they are not enforcing the mask rules for those who shop in their store. So is this a place where a best practice is being applied or is it what they will use to limit their liability in court? Next you have a bar/ restaurant with a sign on the door that tells you mask aren't required but more or less you enter at your own risk. What is your take on the idea of shielding businesses?
