Anyone ever cooked drunk chickens on the grill? Had some this weekend with a white bbq sauce and I think I'm in love. :clap_1:

How do you get chickens drunk? Do they do the chicken dance when they drink?

Well, to be blunt, you jam an open budweiser up their rear end and sit them on a grill for about an hour. We rubbed Tony's Chachere all over them first. They sit up in the grill like this:

I've had it that way before, it's yummy. But what is white BBQ sauce?

This may sound weird but it is wonderful. I doubled the black pepper.

2 cups mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ground black pepper

2 tablespoons salt

6 tablespoons lemon juice

6 tablespoons distilled white vinegar

4 tablespoons white sugar

In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, pepper, salt, lemon juice, vinegar and sugar.

Mix all together until smooth.
