Drunk Chickens

New posts
Can y'all tell I'm hungry. I'm going to run through Sam's on the way home today. That might be a bad idea. I always come back from there and play that "how the heck am I going to get all this in the freezer trick".

Well, to be blunt, you jam an open budweiser up their rear end and sit them on a grill for about an hour. We rubbed Tony's Chachere all over them first. They sit up in the grill like this:

Do you have the drunk chicken roost?

I don't have a roost. I just sit them up in the grill and they stand up on their own. But I'm sure it would be easier with one of those. :funn:

We'll be trying this recipe when we go home,thanks!;-)

Good deal! Don't forget the Tony's. And you can put just about any light beer up the chicken's butt. Coors Light fits better. The silver bullet!

This may sound weird but it is wonderful. I doubled the black pepper.

2 cups mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ground black pepper

2 tablespoons salt

6 tablespoons lemon juice

6 tablespoons distilled white vinegar

4 tablespoons white sugar

In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, pepper, salt, lemon juice, vinegar and sugar.

Mix all together until smooth.

This does sound weird, but I want to try it!!!!! thanks for the info

I got the Tony's good stuff! Have you tried the jalapeno flavor? I try to buy it here. I have a hard time finding it at home. Good stuff!
