She's never homesteaded her condo. However, it's not just local politicians looking into the ownership of said condo. More to come....
 
She says in the video that she lives in a rented condo, so of course she would not homestead it. Owning here is not a requirement for residency, I know plenty of people who live here and don't own. Personally I would not rely on a wiki how article for legal guidance.

Here's one...Walton County is a mess and is perhaps one of the most unethical counties is the USA. Florida was already proclaimed a mess of corruption. We will have our Judgement Day.

Not looking forward to it...

Update***** Suzanne Harris/ Edgewater receive Notice of Violation.

Stop Work Order leads to Notice of Violation. Harris/Edgewater must remove all material by October 21, 2014. As previously directed by Code Enforcement Stop Work Order, all prohibited material must be removed.

Ms. Harris , the "public process" the very subject for which you claim to Champion has been compromised and violated by none only than YOURSELF.
Permitting after the fact, by asking for forgiveness, rather than permission is not acceptable for someone entrusted with implementing and interrupting the land Devlopment code, To maintain your current position, IS THE HEIGHT OF HYPOCRISY. Do the Right Thing and RESIGN! For even the YOU are not above the RULES. If you so desire to serve the good people of Walton County, Run for Office! Instead of suing and bullying your way relevancy.. Just a thought
