I can't pick one single quote, but a couple of favorites:

"You know, I used to think it was awful that life was so unfair. Then I thought, wouldn't it be much worse if life were fair, and all the terrible things that happen to us come because we actually deserve them? So, now I take great comfort in the general hostility and unfairness of the universe."

Marcus- Babylon 5

"Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in awhile, you could miss it. "

Ferris- Ferris Bueller's Day Off

"I tried to capture the spirit of the thing...I tried to capture the spirit of the thing... I tried to capture the spirit of the thing..."

Dickie Dunn- Slap Shot

""And just one more thing. On your trip back I'd like you to take the time to learn the Babylon 5 mantra: 'Ivanova is always right. I will listen to Ivanova. I will not ignore Ivanova's recommendations. Ivanova is God. And if this ever happens again, Ivanova will personally rip your lungs out.' Babylon Control out. .. Civilians! [Looks up] I was just kidding about the God part -- no offense."

Ivanova- Babylon 5

"Can I get a, "Hell, yeah."? "

"It's beer o'clock. Where's my riot?"

Crichton- Farscape

"I'm sure your world has no force so ruthless, so disciplined. "

"Oh, we call them linebackers, or serial killers. Depends on if they're professional or amateur. "

Aeryn and Crichton- Farscape

"Hello. My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die."

Inigo- The Princess Bride

"She's gone. She gave me a pen. I gave her my heart, she gave me a pen. "

Lloyd- Say Anything

Ok, so it is more than one line, but it is my favorite lyric from the BOSS!

Well I got this guitar
And I learned how to make it talk
And my car's out back
If you're ready to take that long walk
From your front porch to my front seat
The door's open but the ride it ain't free
And I know you're lonely
For words that I ain't spoken
But tonight we'll be free
All the promises'll be broken
There were ghosts in the eyes
Of all the boys you sent away
They haunt this dusty beach road
In the skeleton frames of burned out Chevrolets

They scream your name at night in the street
Your graduation gown lies in rags at their feet
And in the lonely cool before dawn
You hear their engines roaring on
But when you get to the porch they're gone
On the wind, so Mary climb in
It's a town full of losers
And I'm pulling out of here to win.

I have a long list of favorite lines from Pulp Fiction.

Jules: Well I'm a mushroom-cloud-layin' mother------, mother------! Every time my fingers touch brain, I'm SUPERFLY T.N.T, I'm the GUNS OF THE NAVARONE. In fact, what the ---- am I doin' in the back? You're the mother------ who should be on brain detail. We're ----in' switchin' right now. I'm washin' the windows and you're pickin' up this -------'s skull.

Another is:

Jules: Pigs are filthy animals. I don't eat filthy animals.
Vincent: Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal?
Jules: I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.
Vincent: Ah, so by that rationale, if a pig had a better personality, he would cease to be a filthy animal. Is that true?
Jules: Well we'd have to be talkin' about one charmin' mother------ pig. I mean he'd have to be ten times more charmin' than that Arnold on Green Acres, you know what I'm sayin'?

It's really sick and disgusting, but in a funny sort of way. It's actually embarrassing to admit how often I laugh while watching that movie.
