@PoliticalLaughs: Obama has come up with a plan to create jobs for two and a half million Americans. The catch is that we all have to move to China.
Deficit since Obama took office up 63% to 17.3 trillion....oh but that was inherited right? To give credit where it is due, wind and other green energy was up 206% and oil imports were down 51%. Exports were up but only 34%. Food stamps and entitlements up 148% and long term unemployment is through the roof. Corporate profits up 178% and the stock market doubled in size. Most of the gains were rebound, but much of the deficit was too. All in all he gets a C based on his starting point.
It's important to note that the national debt isn't the "deficit".
From my understanding, he cut the deficit in half (not the national debt). The also ended the Iraq war, saving thousands of lives, and huge sums of money. He is also winding down the Afghan war, again saving lives and money. The unemployment rate is under 6%. The United States in now the leading producer of oil in the world. Wall Street is booming, and there are twice as many billionaires in the US as there were in 2008. About seven million more Americans now have health insurance.
I know I will be parsed to death. These are the bits of info I have gleaned from my feeble attempt to pay attention to all media. Let the nit-picking begin...
Winner here?? jimmy Carter.....he's no longer the worst US President...
True that. Bush deserves his lumps, so does Obama. When these guys play King, regardless of party lines, people dont like it. Bush, Obama, et al. Common sense should be a party at some point, not an acquiescence to party lines. Poppy and Banned have real world, real honest beliefs that I can support, but others that I cant. The magic is moderation, most parties call it wavering when in fact it is managing the wishes of the electorate. Can wevote by Tevo and **** can the Congress?
