Going to New Orleans

Well folks, I'm unemployed for five days. The truck is packed and I'm headed to New Orleans first thing tomorrow morning. I'll have Mrs. LL's camera so I'll post some pics when I get back.

I should be able to if my camera doesn't get stolen. I talked to my brother and he said it is not as bad as people are saying.

Maybe thats because its not a chocolate city yet, whatever that means.

i do say...... and i was trying to say what i was really thinking in a nice, unoffensive way ! btw - i heard on the news that right after the hurricane when he was badmouthing fema, the government, the governer, and anyone else he could think of, that he wasn't even in new orleans, he was tucked safely away in some relative's home in texas - does anyone know if this is true ?

I heard that in his former life, pre government, he was a tel-com executive. I find it really hard to believe that the idiot knows which end of a phone to speak into.

I did hear his family was safely tucked away here and that they were looking for a home. Never heard what they ended up doing. If they are chocolate, they will need to get back to NOLA.
