House Plans

The designers' Web site provides a link for a free catalog of home plans. I don't think these houses are appropriate as beach houses. And the mini-castles are really just larger homes. Most are 5,000 sq. ft. or smaller, even half that size. Just that the elevations don't imply that.

I also like the plans that we see in "Southern Living." After renovating our current house over a period of 13 years and building a house years ago in the CO ski country (while working full time and attending graduate school full time, too), I don't see building another house in this lifetime. I value my marriage too much to risk it! :bang:
 
Otter - When/if you settle down on a plan (or one close to what you want) and before you hook up with a builder, get in touch with me and I'll feed you some haveing-a-house-built clues I've bought at the school of hard knocks... ;-)

Step 1: Go on and get a divorce cause there will be more disagreements than ever imagined.
