I just wonder how many people gave money to this scam. It so sad that they will check the mail everyday to see if God mailed them a check.

It's a crazy place out there and lots of old people that are too trusting. That's pretty easy to spot but it's the online garbage that is quite scary. I got an email supposedly from Chase yesterday and I can spot them real quick. I do bank with chase and normally all you need to do is put your cursor over the link and you will see that it's being directed to a domain other than Chase. Busted! This one however had a domain that looked like it could be chase to the average user. "chaseonlineupdates.com" (don't click)
Better yet they give this warning on the email that
Note: Chase will never ask your ATM PIN number.

They don't need to, they have it as soon as you go to their domain and fill in their form that looks like Chase's logon form with your User ID and PASSWORD! The internet has created such a vehicle to rip off even educated, smart people. :nono1: :nono1:
