There was a really lively stream of topics for several months (remember Snapperheads closing?) then, yaaaawwwwwwnnnnnnnnn -- (excuse me) let's chat about tile installers, cell towers, and kickball.

And why are so many of the posts simply hackneyed smilies or empty responses? C'mon people, there's nothing wrong with lurking if you don't have anything of substance to say. If it's a race to get to the top of the postings mountain, get a life.

Look, Seabrz, I'm celebrating my 4000th and 1st post talking to you! I would talk longer (I promise it wouldn't be empty ;-) ) but I have to put finishing touches on my ornament. I do want to tell you, though, that at one point all of us had one lonely post just like you, and look what happened to us. Guard yourself against the SoWal addiction or you will find yourself climbing mountains like the rest of us. Seriously. And you won't even know how it happened. :roll:

Now about the cell phone tower: I can't say it beautifies the landscape but I do welcome better coverage. A necessary evil, I guess.

Oh geez, I am sorry. Have I let you down? I was in such awe of that large pole that I had one installed on my front lawn. Now I am in a study to see if it will reverse the damage to the DNA of my brain cells emitted by the microwaves. So see, I haven't been able to figure out which of my 5 sleeves to whip something out of for your entertainment.
Until further notice, I am trying to bring SoWal to my neighbors and changing the look to this.

Let me see if I understand. Are you JB's sister? JB used to complain about topics not being directly related to Grayton Beach. :funn: We got him over the hurdle and now he just sits back and enjoys his canned Budweiser.

Let me ask you this. Is your post above as lively as the new celltower installation, which will be making many happy cell phone subscribers? Have you not found the smilie buttons yet? Smilies have value :roll: and purpose. If you are looking for factual and useful info, this cell phone tower is just that. If you are looking for entertainment, head to the lounge. From reading your post, I cannot figure out what you are looking for. Are you just upset that SoWal is quiet now that the Thanksgiving crowd has gone back to work?

So you have been lurking for the past few weeks? Why didn't you offer up some useful, substance laden information for all of us to enjoy? What is so wrong with talking about tile installers, cell towers and kickball? Please tell me. That is what we do. We talk about everything. As far as getting a life, we all have lives and share most of lives here. That is how we get to the top of the posting mountain.
