Anderson Cooper is definately my fav. And I always loved Peter Jennings.
I'm starting to get irritated that Anderson is getting parodied on some of the late night comedy shows tho. I don't really understand why. Maybe it is that he's a Vanderbilt heir? But he has the education behind his success - - it's not because of his mom at all.

Does anybody remember him from one of the very early reality shows, The Mole??

Yes that was one of my daughter's favorite shows, and we would watch it together every week. Makes me miss her.

I like to watch him during breaking news stories. He does a good job.

i think i may be the only person around who doesn't watch the news. if i want to be updated i check cnn.com. it has probably been 20 yrs since i have watched a morning news show !

Audie, you're not the only one. Me too. I like to watch happy stuff! I don't have a problem with Ann. Didn't she come up from humble beginnings and worked hard to make something of herself? Meredith is OK but doesn't seem to have the compassion. I say Ms Kitty should apply for the job

i'm so out of touch i don't even know who this ann person is you all are talking about. and someone mentioned diane sawyer - too old for a woman in a man's world, i had a feeling she wouldn't be in the running.
