Yes, Breckenridge voted to decriminalize it, but state law trumps them, so basically it means nothing.

I believe licensed dispensaries are already allowed there and in other Colorado towns.

And I doubt the amount of pot use there will increase - it's another place where I doubt few will suffer from glaucoma in old age. ;-)
