In honor of Mother's Day coming up in a couple of weeks, what "Mom-isms" do you most remember??

1. "Don't make me come in there!".

2. Nobody is happy unless MOMMA is happy! Dammit!

5. "Stop whining."

6. "If you ask me again, I'm gonna" (fill in the blank, depending on level of irritation).

7. "I think you need a nap." (no, wait, I think it is me who needs the nap)

Yep. I am constantly amazed that it doesn't change with each generation either! I said the same things, and now I hear my daughter saying the same things to her son.

and just so you know - i was NOT an abused child. just the threat of these things worked magic on me and my sis.

- don't worry, if you got kidnapped they'd bring you back in the daylight.
