We are working on ours too. Took out ~52 K last Nov/Dec to build a new garage and landscape the back yard.

that's just about what i owe on our house - my goal is to have it paid off in 5 years, but doubt that will happen. i like to spend too much !

Good job Audie! We're just about to take out our first home equity loan - UGH! The drought last year caused the foundation of our house to crack and insurance doesn't cover it.
