New Atlanta Billboards

Anyone know what the deal is with the new Atlanta billboards? Like one near The Ted that says, "I POOTED." Another one on Peachtree in Midtown says, "CLOWNS HATE TANGELOS." And yet another (that I personally haven't seen) says something like, "MY BUGGERS TASTE SALTY."

You're exactly whom I was thinking of when I saw the poot sign. I was thinking that maybe I was hallucinating after getting up at 5 AM to make it to the Peachtree lineup by 7:30 this AM.
