Welcome, I own some property just a few hundred yards from your place. I also have some property on the east end of 30-A. I do not think the east end or west end matters much. Like Josh, I prefer the Santa Rosa area a tad more - but thats me. I believe not having a pool, not being in community, limited parking, and being north of 30-A drops the price more than anything else. Again, nice house. You will find it is the best purchase of your entire life.

Hey, we tried to get the Econ Dr. and Ops. Dr. to the beach in May. But they could not make it. Hopefully, we could get them to come down another time. Australia is sounding awefully good!!!!
