Secular Homeschooling Support Group

[dcurlin]

GOOD NEWS! A secular home school group has formed in Walton County and met last week at a local park. We discussed various curriculums, art, music, athletics, field trips, creative projects, volunteering in our communities. We shared ideas and delighted in being together. The children played and are eager to see each other again.

To ask questions or get information, please feel free to pm me . . . or reply to this thread. We'd love to reach the parents who want to direct their children's educations.

I am considering a move to the 30-A area and homeschooling a 5, 8 and 10 year old there. I would love to hear what kind of activities/opportunities you are finding in the area. Would you forward any info you have? Thanks in advance and good luck with your endeavors!
