Oh Ladies, I'm so behind on my Sowalling and keeping up with this thread. We have been just swamped at work and having major trouble with staffing. Ugh!

I am headed off to the YMCA right now, but I will catch up with y'all later tonight after the kids are in bed!

Something tells me I will be joing in on this funn after my physical tomorrow. Who made this appointment for a week after I got off the floating buffet? Anyone know how I can lose 10 pounds overnight? :idontno:

I don't know about 10 overnight, but I just found out my h.s. reunion is Sept. 23. Never mind how many. But, I'm thinkin' I need to drop at least 30 in 60 (ok 58)
