ok so here i am long time coming. TOday I am going back on Weight Watchers. I lost 25 lbs. but when I went on a cruise I stopped and never went back. I am an online member with WW and track my points w/them and they also have a message board for support as well. (nothing like my SOWAL friends  ) Anywho, Today
  • water, water,water
  • getting used to counting points again
  • I need to fill myself up with lots of determination
If anyone that reads this is doing WW please pm me and we can share pointers and recipes. I have a ton....good ones too ;-)

Alright everyone lets have a great monday :clap_1:

good going IBD. is the online WW easy to follow, etc? I'll have to take a look at it. I did WW years ago and found it easy to do, but that was with the weekly meeting/weigh in. I don't think we have a WW nearby.

IBD I think weight watchers is a great program, I know many gals that have lost a good ammount of weight on that!!!! I have also tried it and lost eleven pounds very quickly then summer came and I quit  but I'm back on track as of two weeks ago and I already feel better!!! I was walking/jogging the track at the high school everynight, then I pulled something in my knee last Monday and doc said to take a week off (maybe more) to let it heal :( I am really bummed out....but I want it to heal quickly so I can get back to three miles a night. I hate set-backs!!!!!!

that three miles still amazes me. Bless your heart and your knee....hope you're better soon!

No there isn't :bang:! I agree those weekly meetings and weigh-ins really do give you a boost. I'm going to be here for a month or longer in October. Wish there was a closer meeting than PC!

I personally like the online b/c i am not driving to pc for it. you get an email reminding you to weigh in, you get praise or an uplifting message depending on if you lossed or gained. There is a points tracker that you can plug your points into, boy does that make it easy. there is also a message board and lots of recipes. One cool thing is that you can create your own recipe or type in one of your favorite and it will total up the points for you.....

I am so there. After vaca as we discussed. I'm pretty much doing it already I think. It will be funn! repeat, It will be funn! Hey, I don't care what I gotta do to get into a decent size jeans this winter!

ok, i got somewhat back on track today.

drank water
had a bagel with a tiny smidge of low fat cream cheese
had some sugar free, low fat brownie bites..
salad for lunch with turkey and ham, very little dressing on the side.
had a turkey sandwich for dinner from boston market..it had dipping "au jus"--but I only dipped twice cause it was so good, it had to be bad. chopped side salad, low fat honey mustard.

chased the dog down the block after mr. dd let her out, and refused to go get her. this was just after he opened the electric bill and was having a coronary.
lovely evening. but, better than eating pizza again!
oh yeah, weighed....10 lbs. and nothing gained after the pizza slip last night. hope it doesn't show up tomorrow!

WooHoo! :clap_1: Get down wit' yo' bad self DD!

PS Tell Mr DD it could be worse. I managed to lock myself and GTTBD out of our truck, while it was running and full of groceries for 2 hours yesterday! But it was on "accident". That on "accident" always worked for the kids, not so well in this case.
