Dammit! See, when I don't write down my goals, the day just goes to hell.

Daily report:

Breakfast: Some low-fat, no sugar brownie bites. (5 to be exact)
Lunch: Tostada and Gordita from Taco Bell. :bang: I cannot possibly tell you how much I love Taco Bell, exceeded only by Taco Bueno. The bat turds were going out, and I couldn't leave, so I caved and ordered. I about choked on it with guilt though! No More! Well, maybe til lunch next week..

Dinner: turkey sandwich on multi grain bread. No fat chips. water.

It's still too hot to walk with Maggie. Will go about 8:30.

I did buy a new pair of shorts for the beach though and I could actually zip them without sucking in. But, if I don't get back on track seriously, I will have ruined all this hard work. :bang:

yeah, you basically blew it!!! :floor:

well, for me?

breakfast: none
lunch: Coco's (chips, cheese dip, salsa, taco, enchilada, rice and beans, BF coke)
dinner: small tuna steak with rice/veggies
water intake: 2 glasses
wine: none (hey, that's progress!)
exercise: grocery shopping and laundry

not a good day overall.

well, we can't look back now...only forward! Tomorrow, my goal is to write down my goals. Seems to be what keeps me on track!

I just walked 4 miles and am close to death. Pray for me. Of course that walk didn't make a dent in what I have consumed in the past 24 hours.

Must have been a day for Mexican food - I did Taco Bell for lunch, too. Spicy Chicken Burrito, no sauces, with added plain rice and plain refried beans. Not too bad of a choice - a little more fat than what I would ordinarily have for lunch, but the fiber from the beans kind of offsets it!

thought for the day,

God grant me the Serenity to accept the things I cannot change, Courage to change the things I can, and Wisdom to know the difference.
