Looks like this thread could use a little revival heading into the holidays. Guess I've waited long enough to share my before and after pics. Dare I admit it, in the before shot I weighed 290 lbs. The after shot was taken tonight and I am now at 165 lbs.

Keep up the grayt work Linda. You look fantastic. :clap_1: I have someone close to me who lost about the same amount of weight. She has gained back about 20 lbs recently due to stress of moving etc., so I know how you need to be constantly motivated to maintain the weight. I am going to be motivating here to get back to the gym after the holidays, and she is motivating me to stop smoking.

Me too! Well I haven't yet decided it's going to be WW or South Beach. Do you go to ww meetings?

I have in the past and it has worked for me. I just fell off the wagon! So far off, I need a hydraulic lift to get me back on it.

I have heard a lot of good things about South Beach as well.
