I hear ya. Beach Jacket just got back to Atlanta, Mr. BR left for Australia early this AM and won't be back until Saturday, so I'm bummed out, too. Pepper got mad at both of them (she understands what a rollerbag means) and barked at them and tried to bite them and block them from leaving. Think I'll nap to avoid dealing with the loneliness.

dogs just know. my dog, Lulu, runs and tries to get in the car. she does not want to be left behind. she has sat in the backseat for hours before take off.

It's quiet here too....finally. My plan was to lounge around all day and sowal now and then, but NOOOOOOO, I instead spent the day on lights. Lots of lights. Red and white lights.

Hey, me too DD! Well, I just kinda supervised. ;-) But it's all done! 63 degrees today so we had to do it! I was setting up Santa and Frosty in the yard barefoot!!! Seemed a little strange sweating while untangling lights but I'll take that any day over freezing my butt off!

Hey! Was just reading Mango's thread on exterior illumination. If it hadn't been for my daughter, I woulda never got mine done. mr. dd refuses. BUT, she was a great deal of help, and we got it done. It looks kinda pretty.

Boo Yah, DD!!! No lights here. Our child labor has left. My Christmas tree is still in the back of my car. But, I did buy some cute ribbons at Target yesterday.
