Hi - elevation at our lot is like close to 50 - we are high and dry. The drawing is front view. Enter via screened porch. Color is camel's hair - same as our last house in LA. See below

One day you guys will ride down 30A and see a parapet roof towering over the red brick houses in brickyard - that will be this house.

Good luck with the ICF- we love ours The contruction provided many hours of entertainment for the neighbors with all of the concrete trucks coming and going! Even in the Texas heat, our electric bills are very reasonable. Of course, our house is only 1800 sq ft. Here's a picture with our copper metal roof.
