Here we go, I never wear a seatbelt eitherDo you have a problem with others telling you to wear a seat belt?
I believe when my time is up it is up
But I should wear a seatbelt because it is a law

Exactly but this might not go the way you thinkIt’s useless so just let it go and do society a favor by letting nature’s survival of the fittest play out.
Just make sure you and those you care about are up to date on inoculations.
Sadly we will see children suffer from right wing stupidity, but we already see that in gun deaths.
You'll never understand meIt is not that it comes down to whether a mask works or does not work. What it does is minimizes the transmission of droplets containing viruses and when you practice better hygiene and get the vaccine the risk of transmission is lower. So you go to a family reunion or in a grocery store without doing anything your risk of infecting someone is higher. How does this not compute? What is wrong with you?
Thank you for the civilized answer. Of course I knew what you meant, otherwise you‘d be a freak of nature. However, it’s interesting that you use ”men“ so much in conversation. I guess we’ll just have to agree to disagree.Katie
I'm sorry for the way I word things sometimes
When I say men I do not always mean male, I mean people who handle their business
If all of my people were males I would be voting democrat (that was a joke)
I am not against vaccines, I was not even against this vaccine, Personally I did not take the vaccine because I did not feel the risk was worth the reward.
If I felt at risk I would have taken it but I did not want my kids (whom have not bred yet (thank god)) to take it because I do not have faith that the long term or down stream affects have been seen or weighted out. To me this vaccine was hurried through the process because it needed to be. Once I started seeing who was affected (the old, young, and at risk people) I did not see the point in getting vaccinated. I do not have a problem with people getting vaccinated nor did I have a problem with wearing a mask when I went into someones place of business that wanted them worn. I do have a problem with others telling me to wear a mask.

I don't like your politics but I think you are intelligent
There is no way on God green earth that this picture above was shown without more context
The most important context being the filtration size of the masks
You know better then most that the mask you where to keep out sawdust and the mask you where to keep out sheetrock dust or paint are different
The top doctors said covid was an airborne disease
They didn't say it was transmitted through the spittle
If it were that would make the masks extremely important but that is not what was sold to us
That being said I didn't go to medical school
I’m pretty sure you are misinformed about the point of it being transmitted by expired droplets. And I think you seem to overlook that the point of the masks is to lower the chances of a carrier spreading the disease. You know better than most that I don’t wear a mask in the shop to keep from spreading disease to the table saw. The point is empathy and trying to work together as a country to stop the spread.LVT

My point is that your purpose seems to be driven by political division. Not science. Not truth. Not evidence. Not human compassion. I think you take your freedoms even when it hurts others. I just don't understand why! Here we go, I never wear a seatbelt either
I believe when my time is up it is up

And you don't believe that taking certain precautions makes it more likely that your "time" will be extended? Is that what you are saying? Does that not matter to you? Here we go, I never wear a seatbelt either

The context is saving human lives. You offered nothing to society. Society offered you masks, vaccines, information and many of us gave effort and took a very small risk and got the vaccine. You take. Society gives. You disparage society.LVT
