I suppose it could be, but in this case I was talking about those hair thingies.

No kidding! I hated those things! They always looked so sloppy...

And the whole trend of wearing it around your wrist when you weren't wearing it in your hair? Some things are just not meant to be multi-purposed, and nobody's buying that as a bracelet, honey... :roll:

I liked scrunchies! Still own some BTW.

Though my usage was all about function - not fashion. They were a gym class/sports/get my hair out of my face thing, not a chosen accessory for nice occasions.

And unused scrunchies were not on my wrist - they were in my backpack.

Nope. Sorry. I had hairbands. Unobtrusive, elastic held better, matched my hair color, about a quarter inch in diameter vs. 2 yards of (dirty) fabric...

No contest.
