Lighten up BR it's all in good fun. Plus, you kinda set yourself up for it.

I was just giving you a hard time. :D It must feel pretty good to be asked to play music and get paid for it. I would be happy to just be able to play.

BTW, I like your snowman avatar.
Thanks (re the avatar). She didn't get paid for the JC gig - she was willing to do that for free and the honor of meeting President Carter. It was a Habitat for Humanity fundraiser.

Your daughter is around my age (24) right? I wonder if I've ever met her down here.

She's 20 (21 in January - YIKES!). You might have met her, or know one of her best friends Jennifer E., an ADPi at Bama. If you hear loud hip-hop music on SoWal, that'd be her (or me driving with one of her mixed CDs). LOVE the strong emotions in the hip-hop genre - great for boosting the masochistic feelings you need if you run a lot.

I graduated from Bama last December and became very disenchanted with rush my senior year so probably don't know her friend. But, Alabama was very enjoyable when I was there (very, very).

So says Jennifer E. Although one of their other best friends, Sarah H., was an ADPi at Bama and hated Bama, so she transferred to Auburn. IMHO I think the real reason is that she had a boyfriend at AU. Duh! That's an easy conclusion.

If I hadn't gone to UA I would have gone to Ole Miss or Georgia. Or SMU if Sueshore would've let me dorm it up with her!

Wow! She played for Jesus Christ?

Oh, wait a minute, that was Jimmy Carter wasn't it?

BTW, speaking of giving you a hard time, where is "the ATL?" Is that the Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport? Or, is that like "the Nooga?" I have not heard Atlanta being referred to as "the Lanta." :funn:

You're a bugger, you know it? :floor: :D

Even the news media in Atlanta refers to it as "The ATL."

My hometown and birthplace. I love it.
