Just for the record....a spinning class AND a 30 minute abs class is NEVER funn after a weekend of fruity drinks. Jose and I pretty much just laid on the mat for the abs class. We just laid there and sweat.

You can't just pick right up with spinning. You gotta stick with it. You get away from it for even a minute and boom. It kills you when you go back. You go back to square one.

Spinning is a killer work out - I can lose 2 pounds in one workout. Although that darn seat never gets comfortable. And you are right. Once you get away from it, it is like starting all over again.

That's a good reason not to start. When I see someone exercising I run away, well not actually run. I only run if the building's on fire or someone is chasing me.

Does typing count as exercise?

Oh yeah...no worries about the seat here. The crazy girl from last night has us standing the WHOLE time! :bang:

I work out with the weights 3 times a week for about 2 hours then for 1/2 hour after the weights on a cardio machine.

I would love to work out at lunch, it's the perfect time for me plus it's a less busy time at the gym. When I workout, my head sweats so badly, that my hair is dripping wet, no way I can come back to the office:eek: and I wouldn't have enough time to wash my hair. Sounds like an excuse doesn't it?

It seems the poll left out the ole "None of the above" option.
