Just for the record....a spinning class AND a 30 minute abs class is NEVER funn after a weekend of fruity drinks. Jose and I pretty much just laid on the mat for the abs class. We just laid there and sweat.

You can't just pick right up with spinning. You gotta stick with it. You get away from it for even a minute and boom. It kills you when you go back. You go back to square one.

I like to trot around the block a few times a week. maybe play some ball. go for a swim. nothing too stressful. I do take a nap every day though...

My husband and I just started back walking about 3 times a week for 30 minutes. Other than up and down at work with my packing orders and walking back and forth and his being on his feet all day at his work that is it. We have a treadmill in our house, a ski machine, a nice exercise bicycle, a home gym and weight bench with weights and most of that doesn't get touched. The treadmill and exercise bike do on occasion, but only by me. Shame on us!

I'm with Cil. I HATE working out. I've tried it before--joined the Y, joined Curves, and flunked out of both. I hate machines.

I bicycle, walk, and kayak. Somehow I find myself still wearing a size 6 or 8 even though my next birthday is the last one I'll ever see in my 40s. So being anti-machinery must be alright.
