This next one is purely a gttbmism.
For some unknown reason I always called our son, Alan. This was odd because it wasn't his name. Nor did we know or had ever known anyone named Alan!
To this day, he's 23 almost 24 now, he signs his greeting cards to me as "Love Alan". :funn: It's a big joke with everyone that knows us. Glad I didn't warp him too bad!
